Gallagher, who will serve as an Employee Representative, brings over a decade of experience expanding workforce development programs in advanced manufacturing and other trades.
His term is effective through November 2026.
Gallagher has played an active role in IACA since its launch in 2018 and previously served on its advanced manufacturing subcommittee.
