The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Tony Milano to Executive Vice President and Chief Actuary, effective September 25, 2024.  Tony Milano, a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Bay Area native, began his career with the WCIRB in 2005 as an actuarial researcher.
